Consumer dispute resolution
Saldo Metrics is sold to businesses only, so we do not enter into consumer contracts. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so we no longer link to it.
