How quickly can I get set up?
Install the PrestaShop module or the WooCommerce plugin, approve the connection once, and your history starts arriving within minutes. Nothing reaches into your network — your store pushes to us. Ad and email platforms each take one API credential.
Does Saldo Metrics replace my existing analytics tools?
Saldo Metrics complements tools like Google Analytics by focusing specifically on e-commerce profitability — real margins, LTV, cohort behaviour, and channel attribution including ad costs. Most teams use both side by side.
Is historical data imported when I connect my store?
Yes, and not just a recent window: the connector walks your full order history in resumable chunks, so cohorts and margins are complete from the first day instead of accumulating from scratch.
What does early access cost?
Nothing. There is no billing in the product and no trial clock running against you. We publish pricing before general availability, and we won't charge you without your explicit agreement.
Do you support multi-store or multi-brand setups?
Yes. Connect several stores to one organization, group them into brands, and read a consolidated P&L or drill into a single store. Each teammate is scoped to the stores they may see, and there are no store limits.
Where is my data stored? (GDPR)
The application, its database and the backups run in Scaleway's Paris region, inside the EU. For the commerce data you connect you remain the controller and we act as your processor; we share nothing with advertising networks. The privacy policy names every sub-processor.
