The service
Saldo Metrics is an analytics platform that connects your commerce, advertising and email platforms and reports profitability metrics. These terms govern your access to the website and the application.
Early access
The product is currently in early access. Features may change, and the service is provided as-is while we build with our design partners. A definitive commercial agreement will accompany general availability.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential and use the service only in ways that are lawful and don't disrupt it for others. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your data
Your commerce data remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to import, store and process it in order to provide the service, and you can export or delete it at any time.
Fees
Early access is free for design partners. Pricing will be published before general availability, and no fees apply without your explicit agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Analytics are decision support — commercial decisions remain your responsibility.
Termination & changes
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect.
